Is MARKSAKE accepting orders?
Not yet. The first collection is in development while we test materials, production routes and the proofing process. We will not take payment until product details, timing and policies are ready.
What can I personalize?
Our planned starting points are original drawings, handwriting, signatures, family recipes, self-designed lettering and personal symbols. Exact options will vary by product and making technique.
Can adults submit their own art?
Yes. MARKSAKE is not limited to children’s drawings. Adult-made art, lettering and handwritten work are central to the idea.
Will every line look exactly the same?
A physical technique has its own limits. Very fine, closely spaced or highly textured details may need adjustment. We will explain necessary changes and provide a proof before production.
Do you use AI?
Digital tools may assist production preparation and service behind the scenes. We do not use generative AI to replace the customer’s mark with a generic design. Final preparation is reviewed by a person, and customers approve the proof.
Will you use my image in marketing?
Not without separate, explicit permission. Uploading an image for a quote or order does not grant marketing consent.
Can I submit copyrighted characters or logos?
Only if you own the relevant rights or have written authorization. We may decline artwork that appears to copy a brand, celebrity, character or another creator.
Where will orders ship from?
MARKSAKE is being developed in China for international customers. Available destinations, delivery estimates, duties and product-specific origin information will be displayed before orders open.
