Faithful
We keep the pressure, wobble and proportion that make a mark recognisable.
About MARKSAKE
MARKSAKE is a keepsake studio for drawings, handwriting and small family marks that mean more than a ready-made design ever could.
The first collection is in development. Every enquiry is reviewed by a person, and nothing is made before you approve the proof.
Why we exist
Mark + keepsakeMost personalisation starts with something already designed and asks you to add a name. We begin in the opposite place: with a child’s uncertain line, a familiar signature or a handwritten recipe.
Those irregularities are not defects to polish away. They are evidence of the hand, the moment and the person behind it. Our work is to protect that character while finding a material and method that can carry it well.
“The uneven line is often the part worth keeping.”
Human judgment, quietly applied
Modern tools can help prepare a fragile line and make communication clearer. They do not decide what matters. The source remains yours; the final judgment remains human.
The studio standard
Not louder branding or endless options. The value is in preserving what matters, removing what does not, and being honest about what we can make well.
We keep the pressure, wobble and proportion that make a mark recognisable.
Material, scale and technique are chosen around the source, not a fixed template.
Your artwork is handled for your enquiry and commission, not treated as content.
We say no when a source, method or expectation cannot be served responsibly.
A quiet thread from China
MARKSAKE is being built in China for people around the world. We draw from a long respect for the hand, the seal, the written line and the patience of craft — without turning culture into costume.
The influence is intended to be felt in restraint, detail and care.
The promise
The character of the original, your approval at every decisive step, and a calm path from enquiry to proof.
Permission to publish your artwork, approval to begin production, or the right to reproduce material you do not own.
Customer stories, testimonials or finished commissions before they exist. The archive will grow only through real work shared with consent.
