Information we collect now
If you contact the studio, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you choose to provide. The website and its service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser data, security logs and cookie choices needed to operate, protect and understand the site.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer you, improve the planned collection, protect the site from abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not ask for payment information or identity documents through the contact form.
Original images and artwork
During pre-launch, please send only a description through the contact form—not an irreplaceable original or sensitive private image. When uploads open, submitted files will be used to assess, prepare, proof and fulfil the requested piece.
- We do not sell customer artwork or personal images.
- We do not use customer uploads to train public AI models.
- We do not publish customer artwork for marketing without separate permission.
- Production partners will receive only the information reasonably needed to make the approved piece.
Service providers and international processing
We use website hosting, security, analytics, email and production services that may process data in countries different from yours. Before commerce opens, this notice will identify the relevant categories, legal bases, retention periods and rights required for the markets we serve.
How long we keep information
Pre-launch enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record and protect the service. The order-stage retention and deletion schedule for original images will be published before uploads open.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with an enquiry by using the contact form. Rights vary by location, and we may need reasonable information to verify a request.
