Current purpose
This website introduces the planned MARKSAKE personalized keepsake studio and allows visitors to send enquiries. Product concepts and timing may change during development. Nothing on the pre-launch site is an offer to sell unless an active product page clearly states otherwise.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By sending material for an enquiry, you give MARKSAKE a limited permission to review it and respond to your request. You confirm that you created the material or have the rights and permissions needed to share and reproduce it.
Prohibited material
Do not submit unlawful, abusive or privacy-invasive content; third-party brand logos; celebrity images; copyrighted characters; copied artwork; or any material you are not authorized to use. We may refuse or stop work where ownership, safety or legality is unclear.
Website content
The MARKSAKE name, site design, written content and original studio graphics may not be copied or used commercially without permission. References to your own marks and rights do not transfer ownership of MARKSAKE materials.
