MARKSAKE is not currently accepting product orders. No shipping fee, delivery promise or return term should be inferred from this pre-launch website.
What will be clear before you buy
Before the first collection opens, each product or checkout flow will state:
- the available countries and shipping methods;
- production and proof-approval time estimates;
- estimated transit times and tracking availability;
- who is responsible for duties, import tax or VAT;
- the cancellation window before personalized production begins;
- the remedy for damage, defects or an item that differs from the approved proof; and
- any limits on returns for correctly made personalized goods, subject to applicable consumer law.
Personalized does not mean unprotected
Custom-made items may have different change-of-mind rules, but that does not remove your rights when a product is faulty, damaged or not as agreed. The final policy will be adapted to the countries where MARKSAKE sells.
